It was a really great stay, cool place. The view at the lake and fountains was delightful and our room was well-equipped and newly remodelled. The staff was very helpful and gave us great advices. Location: the hotel was just off beautiful lake and walkway and playground for children, cafes, fish market, meat market, a pharmacies, a really nice playground and a man made lake, and a taxi. It was close to Brasa st Antonio, where you can have lunch.

This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's in a quiet and convenient location close to everything, providing a great experience overall.

This place was a great base for our stay, with a family-friendly atmosphere in a peaceful and convenient location near a cemetery, making it excellent for us.

I had a small issue with my room arrangement, but the receptionist at Residhome was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to find a solution, even though there weren't any twin rooms available. He offered us two Unicom double bed rooms at no extra charge. I'm really grateful for his kindness.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was offered, and amenities like complimentary tea/coffee and sufficient toilet paper were lacking.

Quick access to public transport, surrounding amenities , helpful reception staff, clean and modern apartments, plenty of parking space.

I always stay at this hotel. It's great and I never regret it. The staff found my lost jewel during my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has all I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, gym, laundry, and more. I'm coming back for Easter.

We were disappointed that the cleaning was only done once a week, even for longer stays. We had to ask for fresh towels and there was no change of bedding during our stay.

This hotel is great value for money! I loved how close it was to the metro station - so convenient for exploring Paris. The rooms were fantastic with amazing facilities, too. And the location was perfect with lots of restaurants around.
